We want every customer to be able to shop comfortably and independently.
Our goal
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 AA across the site. That includes keyboard navigation, visible focus states, sufficient colour contrast, descriptive alternative text, accessible forms and dialogs, and support for reduced-motion preferences.
Ongoing work
Accessibility is an ongoing commitment. We test with automated tools and manual keyboard and screen-reader checks, and we welcome feedback that helps us improve.
